Public Fireworks at Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead July 4All Other Fireworks Are Prohibited By Michael P. The Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake will start their fireworks spectacular at dusk from barges in the middle of Big Bear Lake. Call (909) 866-4607 for additional details.
Arrowhead Lake Association has also scheduled their fireworks show for dusk with the pyrotechnics launched from the middle of Lake Arrowhead. Dial (909) 337-2595 for information.
All other fireworks—including safe 'n sane—are prohibited in the San Bernardino National Forest and unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County. Big Bear Lake also has a fireworks ban. His first job out of San Jose State was with the Associated Press in Los Angeles as overnight Radio Editor. He also has experience as editor of an employee newspaper for a major utility company and during his tenure as executive director of the San Jose State University Alumni Association served as faculty advisor to the association's monthly newsletter. He also spent eight years in commercial radio doing everything from news to advertising sales and writing commercials to being an announcer and on-air personality.
