Banner Ads are graphics ads, often with animation, designed to stand out from the content on the page and reach visitors. When you want a stronger presense from your advertising message, banner ads often are the best solution. There are two main choices: "header ads" or "below the fold ads." Ads can be stationary graphics, animated graphics, or Flash animation – as long as they are below 100K in size. Above The Fold
Ads that appear "above the fold" are the most visible ad units. They get this name from the newspaper industry, referrring to articles that would appear while the newspaper was inside a vending machine or on a store's rack. These ads appear alongside the most valuable and often read content on RIMOFTHEWORLD.net. We have two advertising options for "above the fold" ads: premium and standard. Premium ads appear below the RIMOFTHEWORLD.net logo (shown in location 1). Standard ads are the postage stamp sized ads that appear to the right of the logo (shown in location 2).

Below The Fold
Ads that appear "below the fold" while they have less of a visual impact, provide the same levels of impressions for a lower cost-per-impression. We have two advertising options for "below the fold" ads: box and logo. Box ads appear below the right column (shown in location 3). Logo ads are small logo-sized ads that appear at the bottom of the left column (shown in location 4). Logo ads cannot contain any animation, and must be under 50K in size.

You may use your designers or have our design team develop an advertising campaign that matches your brand. The time required to design your ad may vary, but most ads take under two hours to design. Design fees start at $125 for the initial two hour design. Each additional hour is $59. Ads are subject to RIMOFTHEWORLD.net advertising and editorial standards.
