Stolen Car Suspect Back in Court Robert Lee Spargo, 29, who was arrested earlier this month after a high speed chase on Highway 18, appeared in court this week on grand theft auto charges. DNA Allegedly Links Suspect to Crime Scene DNA evidence collected from a Running Springs commercial burglary has allegedly linked a suspect to the case. The suspect—identified as 27-year-old Christopher Michael Jebaili—is currently incarcerated in state prison for burglary.
