Hello everyone...

My husband is a soldier in 1-22 4ID in Iraq...Please pray for him and all the soldiers fighting for our safety.

I wanted to put an address on here for anyone that would like to "Adopt a Soldier" If you want to send care packages to the general platoon - so it can be handed out to soldiers that are alone, send it to the captain. Here is the address he gave me:

CPT Andrew Pearson (Adopt a platoon)
HHC,1-22 INBN 1BCT 4ID(m)
APO, AE 09361

That way he will get it to the right soldier

My husband has told me that there are alot of soldiers that don't get letters or packages so please give what you can to help the moral of these soldiers that don't have what my husband has.

I forgot to say that there is special boxes that you can get at the post office. The boxes are free all you have to do is ask. Fill them with what you want and it is $10.95 total to send.

Remember though that it will take a week to get to the soldiers and the boxes have to travel by air and they arrive in severe heat, so dont send anything that could melt and no airisol (not sure how to spell that).

Send things like snack foods that are individually packed so that they can take them with them when they go on missions. The army provides plenty of water so don't worry about that. Send things that you would think that you would want if you were stuck in a desert. Foot powder, pop tarts, soap, sun block, lotion, chapstick, listerine strips (my husband loves those) toothpaste, magazines, playing cards, things like that. If you have any questions let me know...oh by the way...no porn hehehe and no horror movies, Friday the 13th and such, why? I don't know but thats what they say.

Thank you for your support, the soldiers will love whatever they can get from home...
Thank you
