None are halter trained! They are located in Castro Valley. These horses belonged to an older man who past away last Saturday... the wife is still living but can not care for them, she herself has to have people come in and take care of her. The health care people are feeding hay to the horses now... they need a new home as soon as possible...

Here is the CL posting.

http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/pet/539383208.html

I made a mistake and posted them in OC but have them listed as Bay Area - not sure if folks up there will find him if they search Bay Area. I don't know if I post them in another area I'll get flagged and deleted . . .

I can forward the contact information in to anyone who can help.

GAgain,

You can repost them 48 hours after that original posting in any other area. I would definitely get them posted in N. CA. Just go to "your account" and click on the posting, then "edit" and you can copy and paste the whole thing into a new posting in any area you want.

You are right though, they will flag you if you repost before 48 hours, and sometimes, it won't even let you do it.

Hi GAgain,

I emailed a friend who has a horse ranch in Mira Loma. She asked me to get the contact info and she will contact the rescue in the area the horses are in. If you want to email me the info my email is linda pebo at msn dot com. Hopefully she can find someone to help them. They are beautiful.

Lin's friends says "I have forwarded this on to a friend who has a rescue that knows a mustang rescue that has many contacts in northern California. I will let you know what goes on. Thanks for the heads up. They are nice horses."
