CHP Q&A

I noticed this morning the CHP finally got the guy driving his wheelchair on the 18. I was wondering if what he was doing was illegal to begin with? When I saw him in the narrows, I noticed he was about 2 feet into the lane. I moved over but I noticed the guy behind me came real close to the guy and honked.

Yikes!! I'm sure there must be a better way down the hill! I've never seen anything like that in the narrows, thankfully.

Is this all the same man?...
Most recently attempting the Narrows.
Last weekend rolling up Hook Creek Rd.
Last weekend CHP called by motorist due to his attempts to crawl up Kuffel. (incident on the alerts section.)
Last week walking in the middle of road with a staters cart, then leaving the cart near 189 & 173.
Last summer, corner of 189 & 173 he pulled out at the stop sign and got hit!
He's Indian, about mid 60's and maybe a little loopy.
You think maybe he's trying to get hit? Maybe it's time for new faster wheels.
This reminded me of the guy who walked often dressed as "Superman" last summer.

Superman is alive and well. Saw him near the PO in TP.

I see this nit wit every day on 173. he blocks traffic as he rides his chair on the traffic side of the white fog line. Someone needs to get him off the road and give him a ticket.
