used to go there a lot 10 years ago, they opened it to motorcycles and when I stepped on broken glass in the creek as a off roader ran over my picnic spread and lunch I thought it was too dangerous for little kids. Haven't been there in a while. don't know if motorcycles are still there but the bikes and atv's ruined the place back then. Noisy, creating silt in the creek. It is pretty but don't go on the weekends and wear shoes in the creek.
