Ms. Candy Butler also known as Susie Q, has not given all the facts, she was offered the money and refused from the beginning. During our brief stay she offered another house for a lower price and a longer contract and then kept changing the move in dates that we agreed upon. Putting me and my family in an awkward position, and we had to make an unpleasant decision to move else were and for that I apologize.

After which I offered her a payment plan and she never responded, as stated in the e-mail which read if you do not respond I will assume that you do not accept. Am I perfect, by no means am I, but I have not stiffed anyone else, at least not in this area.
