On Saturday May 3rd, our small black chihuahua was no where to be found. She is about 15 months old and goes by the name of Pearl. She is not wearing a collar. Our two small children are hoping for her safe return. We live in VOE on Waters Dr, if anyone has seen here please let me know.

Thank you,
Kendra

Oh Kendra, I hope she's found soon. Why didn't she have her collar & tags on? PLEASE call Crestline Critters & Mountains Humane Society, both vets & Devore to alert them that she's missing. And if you haven't already, plaster the mountain with fliers that have LOST, her picture & your number, clearly posted that can be seen easily from a moving car. Here's a site that can provide extra ideas: http://www.wikihow.com/Find-a-Lost-Dog
And if you have a picture, please post it here as well.
I wish you much luck!!

Has your dog come home?

Sadly, she has not. I don't know if she is ok, or if someone was attracted to her small size and decided to keep her as their own. I don't have a recent picture of her, my computer crashed and all my pictures were lost. I have never had a problem with her getting out, but right now the man who bought the property behind me and I are having a dispute about the property line and he took it amoung himself to take down the fence and throw a huge pile of dirt in my yard. We did put up a temp fence but my dogs are able to just walk over it due to the extremely large pile of dirt. I have tried to talk to the contractor in charge behind me, since the owner never shows up and he keeps promising to fix the problem since I am having issues with my labs getting out. Thank you so much for your concern!

I would hope your "neighbor" wouldn't have done something like take her to a shelter just to be mean- make sure your checking all the shelters! You can scan the photos on all the shelters at www.petharbor.com
