Sounds like the filter is clogged. Not sure what kind it has but check that. I can take a look if you want, e-mail me, addy is above. If I cant fix it, no charge. The Cal Spa type spa's are tough sometimes, I prefer the custom units.

John Ward, Mile high pool and spa is a good guy and been up here a long time, does good work. He has a broken leg right now and probably why he is not returning calls.

We have changed out the filter already several times...and we don't even use it that much....so cal spa told us to let the air out of the lines which took alllllll day because it's a long process and it still didn't work!!!!! I don't mind you coming to look at it....whether u can fix it or not....but an opinion would be nice Who do you recommend to call up here if your friend has a broken leg right now??? Do you know of anyone??? We want it fixed really bad...it's a new spa and we love it and miss it...so do the kids...they play in it in the summer to cool down ....they use it like a pool thanks!

Have you found one yet? There is a flyer posted in Razzbearies (near the restrooms) that has a number.

San Bernardino Pools will come up and do repairs. They come up once every few weeks. Do great job and reasonable price. They are located at the bottom of the hill on Highland Ave (258) next to car wash. Go in and see Jeff or call 886-5071.

Makes sense to me. If you can't perform just piss everyone who calls off so that when you can return to work, you won't have to work so hard.

And answering the phone with a cast on your leg is really hard to do.

Come on Ron! I was just assuming he might have been one of the ones called. Did anybody say they tried to call him? sscgirl, call mile high pool and spa, maybe he can send one of his guys out. I'm sure its kinda hard to answer the phone and talk to clients when your on pain medication, maybe he's got somebody to answer the phone for him, I dont know, and you sure dont know either Ron. I shouldnt have opened my big mouth.
Remove it Ron and I'll remove mine.

Hi LUVSMOOSES! This is Matt from Mile High Pool and Spas in Lake Arrowhead. My dad, John Ward never received a message from you so I wasn't sure if you had tried to call from the suggestion from COREYINVOE. Thanks for the recommendation Corey! Yes it is true that my dad did indeed break his leg a month ago and is currently not working in the field but is in the office, but we always return calls. I run his company so if you are still interested in getting some work done, I would be happy to. Please call me at (909)754-4453. Again, thank you for the recommendations and the local support.
