Hi! David too! We have an axe that you could borrow, but don't want to get in trouble for contributing! LOL... I'm not sure, but I do think it's against the law to cut these trees down. Besides you never know what kind of creepies could be hiding inside!Scary thoughts....

I'll just have david get rid of the creepies thats what guys are for

Hi Nicole, You are so right. That is one thing that guys are good for.I can't stand any little creepie. Hubby always seems close by when a creepie is discovered in the house. He doesn't like killing them so he has his own glass to use. He then throws them 2 stories down. You can almost hear them screaming. LOL. They really should have a parachute. Can you imagine what being thrown over a 2 story must be like to those little critters???? LOL Have a Great Weekend!

Just an FYI to all
Cutting a tree (as in xmas) inside a national forest is a FEDERAL crime, and the guys up here have a special emphasis on it every year. You could even get in trouble for cutting one on your own property.

Hi Oldguy, I kind of knew it was against the law. I couldn't cut one down if it wasn't against the law. When I was young and my parents went to one of those, cut your own tree down, lots, I was traumatized for life, seeing all of that Sap poring out. I accused my dad of making the tree bleed. When we were done with it,I hid it in the back yard cause I didn't want it to die!I know, I was just a Crazy kid!!!!
