I posted in another area of ROTW and thought I would try here as well. I will be setting up auditions for a few key roles for a non-union, no-budget short film to be produced right here on the mountain.

Character Descriptions:

Spence- Middle-aged crusty survivalist. Has a general disdain for flatlanders and anyone he hasn't known for a long time. Suffers from radiation burns on his face and head.

Stan Barns- 30ish Orange County Professional. Driven for success and personal gain. Thinks locals are hicks.

Norman Boone- Middle-aged former Pastor now unsure of life after the tragic death of his wife.

Nettie Boone- Norman's 20 something daughter and the girl next door. Strong, vibrant, selfless, and a natural leader.

Ron Tenbears- Middle-aged Native American. Wise in the old ways as well as the new. Respected by the community. Ron is a big man and walks with a cane. Wears traditional long hair and a bandanna.

Josh- Six year-old boy. Excitable and all boy.

Various villagers with one or two lines. Will have 3-5 of these as the script stands at the moment. Multiple extras needed as well.

I will not need any 'performers' or specialty acts, etc. Just actors and a few crew positions.

This is a family type film (so there is no confusion) and should be a great time.
