Anybody know if the staff is ever going to get their PastDue Wages? I received my W2 and it looks like the money that I didn't get paid was included in the numbers.

I received my w-2 already. It is sent by the trustee of the bankruptcy court, I believe. If you have moved, you should have put in a change of address with the trustee when you moved. I will check when I get home for his address.

Regarding past wages...FAT CHANCE. We will NEVER see a dime from those evil idiots. I haven't heard anything on the lawsuit, either, so I figure it is just a lost cause, but you CAN write off your losses on you taxes. I will double check my W-2, but I am fairly certain my missing wages WERE NOT included. They can't tax you on what they didn't pay you...although with that disgusting bunch I am sure they would try if there was something in it for them.

Thank you so much as always Celtic Goddess...After reading the posts, I was a bit hopeful. Also, I think my non-paid wages were included on my W-2. Let me know about yours.
