Well Treelover2, THAT is the killer deal I was talking about! If you recall, my new rescue dog Stella destroyed the one you gave me last summer and I would love another. I promise to plant it away from the "doggie race track"

hey dak, well there you go...you "thought" you were done planting

they are still producing a lot, with all sorts of brand-new berries forming....so that gives you a while to rest before they are ready for transplanting.
stella is so sweet...it's impossible to be upset with her

i've got you on the list now for adopting some berries....
bis spater.

Twas a cold almost winter night
My bulbs are out of sight
The trees have dropped their leaves
And covered the ground up to my knees
I sit in my chair watching fall on it's way out
Wishing I had planted more bulbs but I won't pout
My thoughts are filled with yellow daffodils
Smiling at me in the springtime on our hills
Ah, the work is done and nothing more to do
So I fill my glass and send a toast to you
Now you do the same and send me some cheer
Let's all look forward to another new year!

Ah, a martini! A favorite of mine but I never drink them any more. Not since my SIL and I drank a pitcher of them! Or maybe it was two pitchers? I was visiting her and we sat up really late talking. OMG, I felt so bad the next day when all the guests arrived to see me!

Very cool Coral! Poetic!

I still haven't pruned or planted my 12 bulbs yet. Hopefully tomorrow!
Should we be watering the roses and tree? He put the hose away. ??
My neighbors up the street still have blooming roses. But, they also get some sun this time of year.
I'd LOVE some Rasperries Treelover. Could I plant them in 2 weeks when we get back, we haven't had any luck with them so far this year. But, the mint is still thriving! Only thing green out there besides the daisy plant. To bad I don't use mint in anything!

Cheers back to you!
We are going to come up and water everything. We will have to turn the water back on outside. If it doesn't rain for a long time you just have to water some of the stuff.
