He is not much more dumber than all of the people who aren't drinking, but nonetheless speeding to a point where they can't control their vehicle. The people they kill are just as dead as the ones the drunks kill. It's way past time we crack down on all of these self appointed "expert drivers" as well as the drunks.

There ought to be a disclaimer on the speed signs we see up and down the 18:

"Warning Drinking and Driving on Hwy 18 may lead to immediate death."

Apparently, some people don't know.

I'd like to say he's learned his lesson, but probably not...and of course, the others who speed (drunk or sober) never believe it will happen to them. It might not. They might screw someone else up instead. How'd you like to live with that the rest of your life?
