Sounds like an inside job. No business leaves cash in the drawer. They always have a set amount to do business with, usually $150 or so put away in the safe at night and the rest is deposited in the bank each night so if this place is one of the very rare who leaves cash in the drawer, they'd have to know about it....probably an ex employee that got fired.

Pat is right. Being broken into only twice in 31 years is pretty good. Stuff like this happens everyday in San Bernardino. And a lot of the businesses their that have been around 31 or more years have been broken into more than twice.
