Wow... This is distressing.

Not just a robbery, but an armed and violent one that resulted in the assualt and binding of the clerk!

Stuff like this doesn't happen out here.

If anyone was around about that time and saw anything-- please call the sherriff's office. Even if you aren't sure if it was connected... call

Yes I agree, doesn't that gas station close at 10pm or did they change their hours to compete with Valero. Maybe its time to lock the doors and get one of those slider drawers and bullet proof glass.

Sabro, apparently stuff like this DOES happen here. Just a week or so ago some dork tried to rip off the atm machine in Jensens!

Unfortunately rural areas are easy pickins and it will be seen more and more once they tell their friends how easy it was.

If you have ever tried to call the CHP after hours or Sherrif's you know how loong they take for anything up here.

i think the owner of the gas station should request extra patrol EXTRA PATROL from the sheriff or the chp, or maybe have a security guard - how sad - most of the stater brothers down the hillhave them, dont know how much it costs but apparantly the crime is unfortunatelycoming up here - they should ZAP them
aSAp so no one else tries this crap - theres a bus stopnext to this station let alone all of us that thought we lived up here in a happy place

It is good that they had the surveliance tape, but I think that they might want to invest in a new one. The pictures are blurry. However, if they are still on the mountain they will stick out. Not too many black people up here. Chances are, however, that they are probably somewhere down the hill by now.
