Theres no reason for me to worry aboutthis wonderful check point to catch people drinking behind the wheel or with a bad or no liscence i dont have wheels to drive .lol

If u do get to a CHP checkpoint, do not answer any questions. Their goal is not public safety. It is citation and money. At a checkpoint DTH, i was in the passenger seat. The CHP asked me if i had driven and i said yes i had driven for 1/2 mile b4 asking my friend to take over. He arested me, handcuffs, and jail that nite plus 5 more days of jail and over $3000 fines and fees. total racket. i have a criminal record now, expensve insurance and no money because a CHP wanted the arrest. all because i told the truth. i will never talk to chp again.

Thank you for keeping all drunks off the roads. The point of law enforcement is to enforce the laws. BTW, passengers can be cited for all kinds of stuff when in a car, so behave at all times. You drink and drive in any amount and you should lose the PRIVILEGE of driving.

The place they need DUI check points at is right at the village entrance as they leave the concerts!
