Thank you for some of the comments.I am constantly working to improve the experience.Sorry about the S&P shakers that is inexcusable and I will reiterate the procedures on cleaning them.We are working on the kids problem and are currently building an outside patio. If I have to keep them outside so they don't disturb the customers I will do so.You are welcome to see the kitchen anytime it is old but we recieved a high A from the health department.I agree with you Rocky's and Casual Elegance do a great job and I enjoy both.I will concentrate on the young girls in the evening focusing on the customers and not just young boys.I am always looking for good help especially the high school kids for after school.I will not comment on the Mexican comments. All but one speaks perfect english and he goes to school to learn three nights a week. They are also the best workers on the mountain. Thanks

Sean,

If they are the "best workers", you would not be receiving these complaints.

Sean, are you still tied in with the Antlers Inn in any way? Will the new restaurant have bangers & mash, or shepherd's pie, I really liked those!
Sent: Thursday, May 8, 2008 08:44 AM
For every feeble complaint I recieve 100 rave reviews.Every restaurant needs work and I know we have issues we need to resolve.I am not saying the complaints aren't warranted but they are the same people.I gave my phone number out to any legitimate complaints and recieved one call.He was a nice guy with valid complaints and I think I resolve his issues( we are meeting for lunch next time he is on the mountain). It is a small mountain and rumors start and feed themselves.Misty,If I told someone up here you did a horrible job at the hospital you work at down the hill.. by Friday you mis-diagnosed a patient that died on the table.I am not miopic in believing I have the best workers.I have had well over 2,000 and on the mountain over 100.I love the mountain but the bar is way, way, way down up here and if you can get honest,on time, drug free your already in the top 2%.My number again (please no more rascist calls)909 273 0034

Sean, you didn't answer the question about Anter's Inn. Any connection?

I love your food and your Malt Shop. I also love that you are open to constructive critism. It's imperative to good customer service to hear what your customers are saying. Good job!

Roger,
I am only consulting and I may be running the resort part of it.We have a great, knowledgable guy for the restaurant. His former restaurants come with outstanding reviews. He is scheduled to open before Memorial Day.Thanks

Thanks Peg.I do appreciate all the comments and we do take them all seroiusly.Every comment is brought up in the staff meeting. It is tough and sometimes frustrating to be brought up in a public forum.Because the names are fiction you never know if it is legitimate. The problem is that anyone who I have had to fire or evict can say anything they want without consequence. Thanks
