Property Taxes are due December 10th! My inquiry at the San Bernardino County Treasurers office to find out what my revised payment is for my burned out home is that they have no record of it being damaged or revised. I was advised to call our Twin Peaks Assessors Office. The Twin Peaks Assessors Office has my homes revised status on paper but it has not been entered into the computer yet to affect any changes on my TAX BILL. I was told I should pay the full amount and wait for a refund, because if I didn’t pay the full amount, any and all penalties for late payment could not be refunded! I know this will be a hardship and a frustration for many of us, but wanted you to know.
