Several years ago after huge water bills and "meter mis-reads" right before Christmas, and then water contamination notices, I left this crappy ass place BECAUSE of the water company.

I will NEVER buy property there again with this creepy bunch of crooks at the helm victimizing the good people of CPP.

This water board should be thrown out. Anybody call the SWRB yet?

What a bunch of BS, too much pot smoking in the office I guess.

Tough break for this guy. I'm sure he was trying his best. It wasn't clear at the meeting but either he quit or the head mistress let him go. She has a problem working with people let alone training new employees as should be a requirement of her position <sigh>

At the meeting it was said that the financial reports for JUL-AUG-SEP were not available because of some computer upgrade ( cover up talk IMHO for "lost data" or "I don't know how the darn software works" or " insert excuse ) We were told the financials "may" be available mid-NOV. Review of the minutes for AUG 18 and SEP 17 still waiting for approval. What about the minutes for JULY? Did I miss something? I thought those were also outstanding as well. At this point it's hard to keep up with what is not available.

Breezy: Did you say Luke is gone now? Oh my, now I will never receive any minutes. I know what you mean though, I am not sure which minutes are ready or not, but he said he would at least send me the "Annual Shareholders Meeting Minutes", so I assumed they were ready and available. I know the old saying "Never assume...." LOL.

Rhondalee: about Luke, I'm only relaying what was said in the meeting. The statement was "HE was no longer there and could not be located" <paraphased> therefore, I'm "presuming" LOL that is who they were talking about. If I am mistaken and there is another male office helper referred to then my sincerest apologies to Luke.

Breezy: No problem, but thank you for clarifying that. I will probably call the Water Company next week and make another inquiry to sending the minutes. I don't dare call this week; I figure it best to let some of the dust settle from Tuesday's meeting. LOL.

I called CPP Water Co today (4th request since June) and she told me they would be sending out July, Aug, & Sept. Minutes. I am keeping my fingers crossed. LOL.
