It's so icy the plows might not make any difference. I'm stuck at home on the opposite side of the 18 from BSR. I decided not to even try to drive today. I might slide down to the post office later.

We made it out today, but that was after both of us shoveled for an hour and a half. And we have no driveway. I am usually very supportive of plow drivers, but this year is nuts. The big cats have gone up and down the street with their buckets raised and never touched anything... What gives. And this morning, it was finally plowed. Down to sheet ice and NO CINDERS. Ken and I finally went inside on Monday because there were 8 cars stuck and people were swearing at us (we weren't stuck mind you) because they couldn't get around the stuck car. WE just live here and were trying to help. One truck full of men were swearing at us in spanish and I finally just threw up my hands and went inside. I missed two days of school because of our street, that never used to happen, even with more snow. Usually the plow guys are great. Did they get a new batch?
