Grizz, for the longest time there was an office space advertised here on the classifieds. I no longer see it.
You may want to try contacting Dave to see if he still has the info on it, or whether it's been rented.

Im not looking to rent/lease a full office space maybe an office I can share space with. 250sq.ft. would work fine with me.
