Breathalyzer Test Administered by CHP
Suspected drunk driver Shelby Bruner agreed to a breathalyzer test to determine her blood alcohol content. It was being administered by CHP officer Wally Wood as students watched the staged presentation during the Every 15 Minutes program at Rim High School.
