{Transcriber note - I do not have all of the details of what occurred in this accident. However, it occurred just moments after I saw the bus; as I was traveling up bound 330, I saw the school bus heading down bound - we passed one another just below Upper Fredalba road; the fog was (IS) terrible. I know that there were several cars building up behind me as there was a tour bus traveling up bound - a slow bus coupled with the FOG made for a snail's pace coming up bound. I am certain there were some impatient driver's behind me. Additionally, I noticed MANY vehicles driving without their lights on heading down bound.}
