We have a stuck dump truck in the upbound lanes on the 330 between the middle and upper passing lanes. Claims to have a tow coming with eta of about 30 mins but is a dangerous hazard. No traffic control and is a dangerous situation. We're unable to stop as we have a pretty large load ourselves. [dispatch] copy, will notify CHP.
