RIMOFTHEWORLD.net reserves the right to provide law enforcement with any and all records for any illegal activity which is performed on RIMOFTHEWORLD.net.

It is a violation of RIMOFTHEWORLD.net Terms of Service to use the Discussion Forums, Photo Galleries, Articles, or other areas to promote the use or legalization of illegal drugs, violence against an individual or a group, or illegal sexual activity. Furthermore, it is a violation of these Terms of Service to promote sites or organizations that encourage any activities prohibited by these Terms of Service.

It is a violation of the Terms of Service to misuse the discussion boards and to excessively post off-topic message, or to post the same message repeatedly to the same discussion group or to multiple discussion groups. Furthermore, creating an intentionally hostile environment, creating excessive meaningless confrontation, or limiting the fair use and enjoyment of the discussion boards by others are violations of the terms of service.

IV. Penalties

Individuals found to be in violation of these Terms of Service are subject to having their accounts deactivated. Attempts to circumvent this deactivation may result in civil or criminal prosecution (see Intel Corp. v. Hamidi).

Individuals who return after an account suspension or grossly violate our Terms of Service may be responsible for all clean up costs and damages. Clean up costs will be billed at $200 per hour.
